介质气体保护技术在烟叶调制上的应用
Study on Application of Medium Gas Protection Technology in Flue -curing of Tobacco Leave
摘要
Abstract
Honghuadajinyuan was selected,after flue -curing,the conventional chemical composi-tion,flavor compounds and hazardous substances were detected.The results of the study show that 1 )the conventional chemical compositions have no change.The content of aroma components rise,the effect is ob-vious if access to medium gas in the set -color and dry stems period.2)Flue -curing with medium gas can reduce the content of TSNAs,but cannot inhibit the generation of NNK.关键词
