摘要

Abstract

The influence of the drying parameter and redrying process on the tobacco pH was studied.By selection of nine factors including the temperature、the throttle opening of moisture removal、the fresh air damper o-pening of one to three zone of the drying paramete,and settig up10 kinds of different process parameters combina-tion by uniform designing method,Yunnan Yuxi tobaccoB2F and C3F about K326 were processed,andthetobacco pH of samples before and after drying weremeasured.It turns out that tobacco leaf pH present a tendency of de-creasing significantly after drying and the variation range was between 0.183% ~0.927%.Drying process condi-tion has a significant effect on pH variation.Among them.fresh air damper opening in drying one zone,two zone,three zone and temperature in two zone,three zone was the important factors affect tobacco pH change.
