Abstract
AIM:To assess the application value of indocyanine green excretion test for patients with malignant obstructive jaundice before the operation.METHODS:Clinical data were reviewed in 45 patients with malignant obstructive jaundice between January 2013 and December 2014,all patients were divided into well-recovered group (n =34) and bad-recovered group (n =11).RESULTS:There were significant differences between two groups in age,ALT,TBil,creatinine,ICG R15,EHBF and jaundice time,creatinine ≥ 100 μmol/L and ICG R15 ≥ 30％ were risk factor of bad-recovered.CONCLUSION:It is viable that predicting postoperative recovery of patients with malignant obstructive jaundice by indocyanine green excretion test,and patients with creatinine ≥ 100 μmol/L or ICG R15 ≥30％ are potential to recover badly.关键词
