苯磺酸氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗老年高血压伴血脂异常的临床研究
Clinical trial of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of elderly hypertension with dyslipidemia

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of elderly hyperten-sion with dyslipidemia.Methods Seventy-eight patients of elderly hy-pertension with dyslipidemia were divided into control group ( n=39 ) and treatment group(n=39).Control group was given amlodipine 5 mg, qd.Treatment group was treated with atorvastatin calcium 10 mg, oral with per night , on the basis of the control group.Two groups were with treated for 2 cycles with 28 d per cycle.The clinical efficacy , systolic blood pressure(SBP), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride ( TG ) , high -density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL -C ) , low-density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL-C) , and incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared in two groups.Results After treatment , the total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group ( 94.87% vs 79.49%, P<0.05 ).The levels of SBP , DBP, TC, TG, LDL -C after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment ( P<0.05 ) , and the those indexes in treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those of control group ( P<0.05 ).The level of serum HDL-C in treatment group was higher than that in control group, with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05 ).The incidences of adverse drug reactions in treatment and control group were 12.82%, 7.69%, respectively , without statistically significant different ( P>0.05 ).Conclusion Amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium have a definitive clinical efficacy for has a definitive clinical efficacy for the treatment of elderly hypertension with dyslipidemia , without increasing the incidence of adverse drug reactions.关键词
