摘要
Abstract
Functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)is a noninvasive brain functional imaging technique,which can show the activity of neurons in different regions of the brain with high spatial and temporal resolution. The resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging( rs - fMRI)is simple to operate,especially suitable for patients with aphasia after stroke. Executive function of the brain depends on extensive interaction of multiple brain regions and forms a complex functional network. Brain functional connectivity analysis method provides a new perspective for the research of aphasia after stroke,not only can provide valuable information for mechanisms of aphasia occurrence and rehabilitation,but also help the early diagnosis, rehabilitation,prognosis and therapeutic effect evaluation of aphasia after stroke.关键词
