甲泼尼龙联合鼠神经营养因子治疗椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术后神经根刺激症状的疗效观察
Clinical Observation of Methylprednisolone Combined With Mouse Nerve Growth Factor in Nerve Roots Irritation After Percutaneous Transforaminal Endoscopic Discectomy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effects of methylprednisolone( MP)combined with mouse nerve growth factor(mNGF)in the nerve roots irritation after percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy(PTED). Methods 43 patients with single gap lumbar disc herniation who had met the inclusion standard from June 2010 to June 2013 in Hebei General Hospital were selected retrospectively in this study. Patients were treated with PTED,during which put the infiltrative gelatin sponge of MP(80 mg)and mNGF(30 μg)cover nerve roots,intravenous drip of 125 ml routine mannitol 2 times/ d postoperatively,mNGF muscle injection 1 time/ d,and totally 3 days. Visual analogue scale(VAS)was used pre - operatively, immediately after operation,1 day after operation,3 days after operation and at the time of last follow - up to assess lumbocrural pain degree of patients postoperatively. Results VAS score immediately after operation was higher than that of pre - operation(P﹤ 0. 05);VAS score 1 day after operation,3 days after operation and at the time of last follow - up was lower than that of pre -operation and immediately after operation(P ﹤ 0. 05);VAS score 3 days after operation and at the time of last follow - up was lower than that of 1 day after operation(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion MP combined with mNGF can effectively improve the symptom of nerve roots irritation after PTED.关键词
