摘要
Abstract
With the enlargement of HIV epidemic and the progress of antiretroviral therapy,more and more young people get infected and the quality of life become better and better with the antiretroviral treatment.Many of the infected women wish to get pregnancy,and thus clinical staff needs to learn how to help them to get a healthy baby.Factually,there is a gap between advanced countries and China in the rate of successful MTCT prevention.There is no doubt that diagnosing HIV and initiating antiretroviral therapy earlier will do good to the outcome of pregnancy.Additionally,appropriate mode of delivery and regimen of neonatal prophylaxis should be determined according to the results of antenatal monitoring.关键词
