Early screening and treatment for syphilis in pregnancy and its effect on pregnancy outcome
摘要
Abstract
Syphilis in pregnancy not only harms mothers' health,but also leads to fetal growth restriction,non-immune hydrops fetalis,miscarriage,premature birth,stillbirth and congenital syphilis and other adverse pregnancy outcomes.The early screening,proper penicillin therapy and follow-up for syphilis in pregnancy and their infants are important to prevent adverse outcome.Over diagnosis and therapy of congenital syphilis also should be avoided.关键词
