Abstract
Gonorrhea is a bacterial sexually transmitted disease caused by Neisseria gonorrhoeae.Pregnancy with gonococcus infection is not uncommon,and gonorrhea may cause adverse pregnancy outcome and neonatal harm.When it is serious the Neisseria gonorrhoeae may travel through the blood cause disseminated gonococcal infection,which should be paid attention to by obstetricians.Early diagnosis,clinical typing,the choice of the most sensitive drug and enough,regular and correct treatment is very important.关键词
