Abstract
Objective To investigate the chnical efficacy of hepatectomy for liver cancer of right lobe with hand-assisted laparoscopic surgery (HALS).Methods 45 cases with liver cancer of right lobe treated in our hospital from January 2011 to September 2014 were selected as study objects.There were 27 cases treated with hand-assisted laparoscopic surgery,and 18 cases treated with pure laparoscopic surgery.Results The operation time in hand assisted group was significantly less than that of the laparoscopic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).The operative blood loss and the convertion rate of the HALS group were lower than that of the laparoscopic group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).There was no statistical difference of the postoperative hospital stay and the 1-year survival rate between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion The hand-assisted laparoscopic right hepatectomy is safe and feasible,which has shorter operative time,less operative blood loss compared to the pure laparoscopic right hepatectomy,but the short-term survival rate is not significantly improved.关键词
