Improved Mastoscopic Surgery for Benign Mammary Tumors

Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of improved mastoscopic surgery for benign mammary tumors.Method A total of 102 women with benign mammary tumors admitted from August 2014 to May 2015 were performed subcutaneous mastectomy and immediate mammary prothesis reconstruction,including 49cases of traditional mastoscopic surgery (as traditional group) and 53 cases of improved mastoscopic surgery (as improved group).Results Both the operation time and liposuction time was shorter in improved group than those in traditional group (P ＜ 0.05),there was no statistical difference in wound healing time between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).The post-operative complication of improved group was limitation of upper limb activity in 2 cases,pain in 3 cases and paralysis in 1 case,and the complication of traditional group was cicatrix healing in 4 cases,nipple flap necrosis in 5 cases,limitation of upper limb activity in 8 cases,pain in 9 cases and paralysis in 6 cases.There was statistical difference between two groups (P ＜0.05).Conclusion The improved mastoscopy can simplify the surgical procedure,shorten operative duration and reduce the incidence of post-operative complication for benign mammary tumors.关键词
