关节镜下半月板成形缝合术治疗半月板损伤临床疗效观察
The Clinical Effect on Arthroscopic Meniscoplasty for Meniscus Injury

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of arthroscopic meniscoplasty for meniscus injury.Methods A total of 110 cases with meniscus injury from August 2012 to February 2015 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.All cases were divided into treatment group and control group according to surgical procedures,with 55 cases for each.The control group was performed conventional meniscectomy,while the treatment group was carried out meniscoplasty under arthroscopy.Results All operations were succeeded and the menisci were healed well.The operative time and postoperative hospital stays of the treatment group were (32.45 ± 5.13) min and (5.14 ± 1.45) days respectively,while those of the control group were (30.45±4.19) min and (14.09 ±4.21) days respectively.The postoperative hospital stays of treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The knee joint function was evaluated 3 months after operation and showed that excellence in 40 cases,good in 13 cases,fair in 2 cases in treatment group,and excellence in 25 cases,good in 20 cases,fair in 7 cases and false in 3 cases in control group.The fineness rate of treatment group was 96.4％,and was remarkable higher than 81.8％ of control group (P ＜ 0.05).The Lysholm scores were improved obviously 3 months after surgery than pre-operation in both two groups (P ＜ 0.05),and the Lysholm scores of treatment group was higher than that of control group 3 months after the operation (P ＜ 0.05).The postoperative complications was reactive synovitis and anchylosis in one case respectively in treatment group,and meniscal cyst in 3 cases,reactive synovitis in 4 cases and anchylosis in 5 cases in control group.There was statistical difference in complication rate between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The arthroscopic meniscoplasty is an ideal surgical intervention for meniscus injury with reliable effect,rapid rehabilitation,lower complication rate and obviously improvement of knee joint function.关键词
