Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of propofol combined remifentanil target controlled infusion in laryngeal mask airway anesthesia in thyroid surgery.Methods 100 cases underwent thyroid surgery from May 2014 to August 2015 were divided into observation group and control group.Each group had 50 cases.The patients in the observation group were given remifentanil combined with propofol target controlled infusion,while the control group was given only propofol target controlled infusion.The indexes of the hemodynamic parameters,the dosage of propofol,awaken time,the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The indexes of MAP,HR and SpO2 at the time points of T0 and T1 were not different between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).From the time point of T2,the indexes of MAP and HR in the observation group were lower than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05),but the index of SpO2 in the observation group were higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The indexes of spontaneous breathing recovery time,awaken time and the dosage of propofol in the observation group were lower than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05),but the index of Steward score in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The occurrence rates of dysphoria,cough reflex,nausea and vomiting in the observation group were lower than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The application of remifentanil combined propofol target controlled infusion of laryngeal mask airway anesthesia in thyroid surgery patients has less hemodynamic effect,and can reduce the dosage of propofol.And the effect is satisfactory.关键词
