Abstract
Objective To establish the method for the TLC identification and content determination of chlorogenic acid and ephedrine hydrochloride in Baihao - 3 Decoction Powder. Methods Chlorogenic acid and ephedrine hydrochloride in Baihao - 3 Decoction Powder was identified by TLC, and the content of ephedrine hydrochloride was detected by HPLC. The separation was carried out on a Eclipse XDB - C18 column, (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 m). The mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile 0. 025 mol / L phosphoric acid(10 ∶ 90) and a UV detctor at 210 nm, the flow rate was 1. 0 mL / min, the column temperature was 30 ℃ , the injection volume was 10 L. Results Chlorogenic acid and ephedrine hydrochloride could be detected by TLC, the calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0. 13 - 0. 56 μg( r = 0. 999 8) . The average recovery was 98. 38% with RSD = 1. 41% ( n = 5) . Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, efficient, sensitive, accurate and with good repeatability and recovery, it can be used as a quality control method for the prepara-tion of Baihao - 3 Decoction Powder.关键词
