Effect of Milrinone, Dobutamine Combined with Mechanical Ventilation on Cardiac Function and Blood Qi in the Treatment of Acute Left Heart Failure and Hypoxemia

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of milrinone, dobutamine combined with mechanical ventilation for patients with acute left heart failure and hypoxemia. Methods 80 cases of patients with acute left ventricular failure with hypoxemia from February 2014 to June 2015 were divided into the observation group(40 cases) and the control group(40 cases) according to random number table method. The control group was given mechanical ventilation treatment, and the observation group was given milrinone, dobutamine com-bined with mechanical ventilation. The treatment efficacy, blood Qi and heart function improved situation were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92. 50% , which was significantly higher than 57. 50% of the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05); after 6 h, 24 h, 2 d, 3 d of treatment, the partial pressure of oxygen indexes were (70. 10 ± 4. 60) mmHg, (70. 40 ± 2. 22) mmHg, (70. 70 ± 4. 44) mmHg, (75. 82 ± 4. 31) mmHg in the observation group, which were significantly higher than (65. 20 ± 5. 51) mmHg, (65. 30 ± 5. 01) mmHg, (65. 60 ± 5. 05) mmHg, (70. 07 ± 4. 13) mmHg in the control group( P ﹤ 0, 05); after 6 h, 24 h, 3 d treatment, the left ventricular end - diastolic volume of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group ( P ﹤ 0, 05 ); after 24 h, 3 d treatment, B - type natriuretic peptide precursor of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The efficacy of milrinone, dobutamine combined with mechanical ventilation in the treatment of the patients with acute left ventricular failure with hypoxemia is obvious, can effectively improve oxygenation index, left ventricular end - diastolic volume and BNP levels, improve cardiac function level.关键词
