摘要

Abstract

Objective To determine the content of lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), arsenic (As), hydrargyrum ( Hg), copper (Cu) in Gastro-dia elata, and to establish a content determination method for Pb, Cd, As, Hg, Cu in Gastrodia elata. Methods The samples went through microwave digestion method, Pb and Cd were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, Cu was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry, As and Hg were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometer. Results Pb, Cd, As, Hg, Cu, Pb showed good linear relation. Pb was in the range of 0 - 0. 08 μg / mL( r = 0. 998 7); Cd was in the range of 0 - 0. 008 μg / mL( r =0. 999 1); As was in the range of 0 - 0. 04 μg / mL( r = 0. 999 4); Hg was in the range of 0 - 0. 040 μg / mL( r = 0. 999 6); Cu was in the range of 0 - 0. 8 μg / mL( r = 0. 999 8) . Conclusion This method is simple and accurate, and can be used as a reference for the determination of heavy metal Pb, Cd, As, Hg and Cu in Gastrodia elata.
