Abstract
Objective To clarify the roles of clinical pharmacist in rational drug use and probe into the approach of pharmaceutical care by analyzing the drug application to 1 case of patient with acute ischemic stroke with diabetes mellitus. Methods According to patho-logical state of the patient, rational pharmaceutical care and assessment of treatment were provided. Results The patient with acute is-chemic stroke and diabetes mellitus was treated in time and recovered well. Conclusion The participation of clinical pharmacist can play a positive role in rational use of drugs.关键词
