托吡酯预防偏头痛发作研究进展
Review of Research Progress on Topiramate in Migraine Prevention
摘要
Abstract
Objective To review and analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of topiramate for migraine prevention, and to investigate the latest clinical research progress. Methods “Topiramate”“migraine”“prevention”were chosen as the key words to search in CNKI and Wanfang database. More than 100 articles were available and 23 with close correlation were chosen as the target objective. Results It was found that there were many clinical treatment methods and drugs for migraine prevention, e. g., the most frequently used in clinic triptans, antidepressants, β - receptor blockers, calcium antagonists, non - steroidal anti - inflammatory drugs and serotonin receptor agonists, which were effective in the prevention of migraine and had some clinical value, but they also had different mechanism, and the safety of the drugs had significantly statistical difference. A large number of clinical data analysis showed that the mobility of topiramate had sig-nificant statistical significancein migraine prevention treatment( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Previous studies explore the efficacy and safety of topiramate for migraine prevention by designing controlled trial and the statistical methods.关键词
