摘要
Abstract
Objective To strengthen the awareness of prevention and early warning patent risk,to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises. Methods The basic concepts and theories of patent early warning were described and the development of domestic and foreign patent early warning was briefed,the necessity of pharmaceutical companies constructing patent early warning was ana-lyzed. Results and Conclusion The introduction to the patent risk warning can give a reminder of the urgency of pharmaceutical com-panies to patent risk prevention,to some extent,has a certain significance to the healthy development of the pharmaceutical companies.关键词
