Protective Effect of Tongxin Jiangzhi Drops on Isoproterenol Induced Acute Myocardial Ischemia in Rats

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the protective effects of Tongxin Jiangzhi Drops on isoproterenol(ISO) induced acute myocardial ischemia,providing its pharmacodynamic evidence for clinical trials and clinical application. Methods Taking 80 healthy Wistar rats were chosen and given urethane anesthesia and supine position fixing,the determination of limb standard two-lead ECG were conducted to screen out 60 normal animals. Totally 60 healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group,ischemia model group,propra-nolol group,Tongxin Jiangzhi Drops low dose group,middle dose group and high dose group. Acute myocardial ischemia model in rats was established by subcutaneous injection of isoproterenol. Content of creatine kinase(CK) lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in serum and activity of the super oxide dismutase(SOD) in myocardial tissue homogenate were detected. Results Compared with the control group,the ischemia group's LDH,CK vitality,MDA content were significantly increased( P < 0. 05);Compared with the ischemia group,MDA content in the Tongxin Jiangzhi drops middle dose group was significantly lower( P < 0. 05), SOD activity was significantly increased( P < 0. 05);LDH,CK activity and MDA of the Tongxin Jiangzhi drops high dose group were significantly decreased( P < 0. 05),SOD activity was significantly increased( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Tongxin Jiangzhi Drops can reduce the release of LDH and CK in serum,reduce the production of myocardial tissue MDA,increase SOD activity and decrease the degree of myocardial injury,have a protective effect on acute ischemic myocardium.关键词
