Abstract
Objective To study the preparation of loxoprofen sodium liposome gel and the transdermal permeation characteris-tics. Methods By optimizing the prescription of loxoprofen sodium liposome encapsulation to achieve the desired rate,the transdermal penetration rate was improved by optimizing the liposomal gel prescription. Results Through the optimization,the loxprofen liposome was prepared with the percent encapsulation of 78. 76% and the transdermal permeation rate was 854. 84 μg/h. Conclusion The prepara-tion system of loxoprofen sodium liposome gel is feasible,and the quality is stable,which can improve the transdermal permeation rate and percent encapsulation by optimizing the prescription.关键词
