摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of the labor analgesia in delivery latency on pregnant outcomes and neonatal prognosis. Methods 178 cases of full term and early pregnancy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,89 cases in each group. The control group was given labor analgesia in the active phase;the observation group was given labor analgesia in the delivery latency. The labor analgesia,pregnant outcome and neonatal prognosis in the two groups were compared. Results The sponta-neous birth rate of the observation group was 76. 40%,which was significantly higher than 61. 80% of the control group( P < 0. 05), and the cesarean section rate(5. 62%) was significantly lower than the control group(21. 35%)( P < 0. 05). The incidence rate of neonatal distress(2. 25%) and the incidence rate of neonatal asphyxia(1. 12%) in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group( P < 0. 05). The maternal cervix 3 cm VAS score in the observation group was(2. 47 ± 0. 54)score,which was signif-icantly reduced than(7. 88 ± 0. 65)score in the control group,and the first stage of labor time was(466. 14 ± 80. 90)min and the sec-ond stage of labor time(57. 43 ± 4. 33) min were shortened than(574. 55 ± 87. 42) min and(73. 40 ± 4. 54) min in the control group ( P < 0. 05). VAS score of uterine orifice whole opening and 1,5 min Apgar score of neonatal were had no significantly difference be-tween the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion The labor analgesia in delivery latency can reduce the pain of childbirth,shorten the duration of labor,improve the pregnancy outcome and neonatal prognosis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
