Advances in Modern Research of Anti-Ulcer Drug Rabeprazole
摘要
Abstract
Objective To introduce the synthesis pathways and clinical applications of a novel antiulcer proton pump inhibitors-rabeprazole. Methods International and domestic researches published since 2000 on rabeprazole were retrieved. Results and Conclusion Rabeprazole as a new generation of proton pump inhibitors can quickly inhibit the gastric acid secretion and is suitable for gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, erosive stomach-esophageal reflux disease, and helicobacter pylori infection. Rabeprazole has a broad application prospect on clinic because of its good clinical efficacy and little side effect.关键词
