文拉法辛对血压和校正QT间期的影响
Effect of Venlafaxine on Blood Pressure and QTc
摘要
Abstract
Venlafaxine, the selective serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor, is mainly used for the treatment of depression and generalized anxiety disorder. In clinical treatment for depressed patients with venlafaxine, we can oberserve the increased blood pressure related with daily dose and the decreased blood pressure related with overstimulated postsynaptic α2-adrenoreceptors and QTc interval prolongation related with depressed the rapidly activating delayed rectifier potassium current channel ( Ikr ) . In the study on healthy vol-unteers, there was significant difference in resting systolic and resting diastolic blood pressure and orthostatic challenge by venlafaxine compared with the other two groups. It suggests that strengthen medication safety assessment to depression patients and implement moni-toring and personalized intervention on blood pressure and QTc for high-risk groups.关键词
