氨茶碱联合强的松预防急性高原病的临床疗效评估
Clinical Efficacy of Aminophylline Combined with Prednisone for Preventing Severe Acute Mountain Sickness
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of aminophylline combined with prednisone for preventing acute mountain sickness. Methods 150 healthy men from the military were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group took military routine drugs, and the experimental group was added with aminophylline combined with prednisone, with amino-phylline 1 tablet/time, 3 times/d, and prednisone 2 tablets/time, 1 time/d. Both groups started taking medicine 1 d after entering the plateau and lasted for 3 d. The blood oxygen saturation and pulse were measured respectively in plain and plateau area;the acute alti-tude disease symptom scores after entering the plateau were assessed. Results In the plateau, the experimental group gained higher blood oxygen saturation than the control group ( P < 0. 05 ); and the acute altitude disease symptom score was less than the control group ( P < 0. 05 );the incidence of acute severe altitude sickness also was significantly reduced compared with control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Aminophylline combined with prednisone can enhance the blood oxygen saturation, reduce the score of acute altitude dis-ease symptom and the incidence of acute severe altitude sickness, thus prevent the disease effectively.关键词
