Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of atorvastatin combined with probucol on serum vascular endothelial cells and fibrinolysis function in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 100 cases of cerebral infarction patients with acute attack were equally divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method. The Barthel index score was ( 67. 11 ± 1. 101 ) and the Spitzer index score was ( 42. 18 ± 5. 05 ) in the experimental group, which were significantly higher than ( 46. 17 ± 10. 08 ) and ( 31. 85 ± 4. 51 ) in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with probucol in the treatment of the patients with acute cerebral infarction has obvious efficacy and has great clinical significance.关键词
