摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Danlutongdu Pills combined with calcitonin in the treatment of postoperative lumbar vertebral endplate osteochondritis. Methods 102 patients hospitalized were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with calcitonin injection, and the treatment group was treated with Danlutongdu Pills combined with calcitonin. 2 weeks was 1 course of treatment, and treatment continued for 3 courses. The degree of lumbago symptom relief after medicine were recorded, and the VAS pain scores at 1, 2, 4, 6 weeks after treatment, the frequency and the duration of lumbago symptom were detected in the beginning and end of treatment, and the adverse reaction were also recorded. Results Compared with control group, the VAS pain scores at 1, 2, 4, 6 weeks after treatment was significantly decreased ( P < 0. 01 ) , the clinical effect between the two groups was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05 ) , the frequency and the duration of lumbago symptom were de-creased ( P < 0. 01 ) , both groups had less significant adverse reactions. Conclusion Danlutongdu Pills combined with calcitonin has ob-vious efficacy on the degree of lumbago symptom, and can decrease the degree of lumbago symptom in the recovery phase and reduce the frequency and the duration of lumbago symptom, with obvious clinical effect and few adverse reactions.关键词
