高效液相色谱法测定气血宁口服液中阿魏酸含量
Content Determination of Ferulic Acid in Qixuening Oral Liquid by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of ferulic acid in Qixuening Oral Liquid. Methods The Kromasil HC-C18 column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) was used, acetonitrile -0. 1% phosphoric acid solution ( 17 :83 ) was used as the mobile phase, the low rate was 1. 0 mL/min and detected at a wavelength of 230 nm, and the temperature was 20 ℃. Results The content of ferulic acid was linear in the range of 0. 02-0. 10 μg ( r=0. 999 9 ) , the average recovery was 99. 64% and RSD was 1. 04%( n=6). The average results of ferulic acid content were 0. 014 4 g/L. Conclusion This method is simple, quick and accurate, and can be used for the content determination of ferulic acid in Qixuening Oral Liquid.关键词
