腹膜透析对腹部创伤并多脏器功能障碍综合征患者炎症因子的影响
Effect of peritoneal dialysis on inflammatory factors in patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndromes after abdominal trauma

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of peritoneal dialysis(PD) on inflammatory factors in patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndromes(MODS) after abdominal trauma.Methods 28 patients(15 males and 13 females) with MODS after abdominal trauma who received PD and survived in the emergency department, EICU, or gastrointestinal surgery department of our hospital from January 2008 to October 2015 were selected, and all the patients meanwhile suffered acute renal failure. The heart rate(HR), mean arterial pressure(MAP), central venous pressure(CVP), scores of acute physiology and chronic health evaluation(APACHE)Ⅱ, serum creatinine(Scr), interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-8 (IL-8), interleukin-10(IL-10), and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) of all patients before treatment, at the 1st, 3rd, and 7th day of treatment were compared and the effect of PD was analyzed. Results The patients’ HR, MAP, CVP, and Scr at the 1st, 3rd, and 7th day of treatment all turned better, and were significantly different with those before treatment(P<0.05). The patients’ inflammatory factors, including scores of APACHE Ⅱ, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, and TNF-α at the 1st, 3rd, and 7th day of treatment were all lower than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with MODS after abdominal trauma, the PD can significantly improve the patients’ clinical indexes and prognostic for its clinical features of steady hemodynamics, infected foci clearance, tissue edema alleviation, and continuous inflammatory factors clearance.关键词
