Abstract
Objective To explore and discuss the clinical curative effect and the improvement situation analysis on endometrium of integrated traditional and western medicine on treating ovulation infertility. Methods174 patients with infertility treatment in gynecology clinic of my hospital from July 2013 to December 2014 were selected as the observation objects, who were randomly divided into three groups. There were 41 cases of the Chinese medicine group, 46 cases of the CC group, and 87 cases of the Chinese medicines combined with CC group. The ovulation situation, follicular size, and endometrial development in patients were observed and compared, the condition of pregnancy was followed after treatment. Results In the Chinese medicines group and CC group, the pregnancy rate was both significantly lower than that of the Chinese medicines combined with CC group, and the abortion rate was both dramatically higher than that of the Chinese medicines combined with CC group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the endometrial thickness of the three groups were compared, there were no statistical differences between the Chinese medicines group and Chinese medicines combined with CC group(P>0.05), the endometrial thickness of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the CC group(P<0.05), the ovulation rate of the CC group and Chinese medicines combined with CC group was dramatically higher than that of the Chinese medicines group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese drugs pharmaceutics combined with clomiphene on treating ovulation infertility not only increased the ovulation rate, but also improved the sensitivity of endometrium on estrogen, the two were complementary, which could be promoted and applied in clinic.关键词
