Abstract
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine on differentially treating prurigo nodularis.Methods 63 patients with prurigo nodularis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group had 32 cases, while the control group had 31 cases. The treatment group received self-made Shufeng Sanjie prescription according to Chinese medicine differential therapy combined halcinonide cream for external use, while the control group received antihistamines loratadine tablets combined halcinonide cream for external use. After one month's treatment, the deflorescence and symptoms were observed, in the treatment group, the symptoms integral of constipation, fatigue, insomnia, fever feeling, bad breath, dizziness, gastrectasia etc among systemic symptoms between before and after treatment were compared, the differences were significant, (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The symptoms integral of nocturia and hyperhidrosis improved, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05). Results32 cases of the treatment group compared with 31 cases of the control group, the complete regression or significant improvement of erythra and symptoms after one month were better than those of the control group (P<0.05), there were statistically significant.ConclusionShufeng Sanjie prescription of Chinese medicine on treating prurigo nodularis had obvious curative effect, whose safety and relapse rate were better than that of the control group, it was worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
