Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Xiaoshuan enteric capsule in the treatment of stroke with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods 90 stroke patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type who were in our hospital from January to November 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.All patients were treated with routine drugs, in addition,the observation group received the therapy of acupuncture combined with Xiaoshuan enteric capsule.The NDS,FMA and BI scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,the causes of variations were analyzed. ResultsAfter treatment,the NDS scores of the two groups all decreased to some extent,the observation group’s scores (10.23±2.31) were lower than those of the control group (13.58±4.10),the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05),the FMA and BI scores of the two groups all increased to some extent, the observation group’s scores (87.56±3.18 and 79.58±4.15) were higher than those of the control group (79.26±5.14 and 75.16±6.12),the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The therapy of acupuncture combined with Xiaoshuan enteric capsule is effective in the treatment of stroke with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,which can effectively promote the neurological function recovery,improve the body constitutions and the life quality in patients.关键词
