Abstract
ObjectiveTo research and explore the perioperative nursing methods of internal fixation titanium plate implanted into reconstruction of mandibular defect.Methods 60 patients with mandibular defects from January 2012 to October 2015 in my hospital at this stage were selected as the research objects this time, who were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random grouping method of digital drawing, 30 cases in each group. The two groups received treatment with internal fixation titanium plate implanted into reconstruction of surgery, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing during the perioperative period, while the control group received routine nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group, in the observation group, the oral comfortable degree and featuring good appearance degree were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05),the anxiety score was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05), the life quality score was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion In the perioperative period, the mandibular defects patients with treatment of internal fixation titanium plate implanted into reconstruction of surgery received comprehensive nursing intervention, which had remarkable nursing effect.关键词
