摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of sevoflurane combined with propofol in the laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 92 patients who received laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from December 2014 to November 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission, 46 cases in each group. The control group was anesthetized with propofol, while the observation group was anesthetized with sevoflurane and propofol. For the two groups, the HR and MAP before anesthesia (T0), before skin incision (T1), after abdominal approach (T2), before closing abdomen (T3), after operation (T4), and after extubation (T5), as well as the postoperative waking time, postoperative extubation time, propofol doses, atracurium doses, incidences of restlessness, pains, and intraoperative awareness were compared. ResultsThere were no significant differences in HR and MAP of the two groups at various stages (P>0.05). In the observation group, the dosages of propofol and atracurium, the time of waking and extubation were (218±18.6)mg, (21±5.4)mg, (32±14.6)min, and (35±17.8)min respectively, which were obviously less (or shorter) than those of the control group (t=5.643, 4.753, 4.496, 4.961,P<0.05), the incidences of restlessness, pains, and intraoperative awareness were 4.35% (2/46), 6.52% (3/46), and 0 respectively, which were obviously lower than those of the control group (χ2=4.039, 5.392, 4.182, P<0.05).Conclusion The employment of sevoflurane combined with propofol in anaesthesia has a better clinical effect in the laparoscopic cholecystectomy.关键词
