Abstract
ObjectiveTo discuss the application value of color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of arteriae mesenterica superior compression syndrome.Methods Clinical data of 43 patients with arteriae mesenterica superior compression syndrome,who were in hospital from January 2006 to August 2015,was retrospectively analyzed as illness group.In addition, 40 healthy persons were selected as control group.All the subjects were examined by color Doppler ultrasonography.Image features of color Doppler ultrasound in the persons with arteriae mesenterica superior compression syndrome were analyzed. The diameter (d) of the included angle between the arteriae mesenterica superior and the abdominal aorta, inside diameter of included angle (D),and D/d between two groups were compared.ResultsExamination results of 43 patients showed clear superior mesenteric artery.In 43 patients, there were 8 cases with 20°-30°included angle between arteriae mesenterica superior and abdominal aorta,there were 23 cases with 15°- 20°,and there were 12 cases with an included angle of less than 10°.There were 38 cases of patients,whose color Doppler ultrasound could clearly showed the compression condition of the duodenum in the included angle between the arteriae mesenterica superior and the abdominal aorta,and obvious proximal expansion. In control group, angles between arteriae mesenterica superior and abdominal aorta was measured at 40°- 60°,and the control group had no duodenal pressure. The d, D and D/d between two groups showed significant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionColor Doppler ultrasound is characterized by its unique features in the diagnosis of arteriae mesenterica superior syndrome.The included angle between the arteriae mesenterica superior and the abdominal aorta was significantly reduced.Color Doppler ultrasound has the characteristics of non invasive and low cost.关键词
