Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of uterine myoma and uterine gland muscle.Methods From November 2013 to November 2015 in our hospital,30 cases of uterine fibroids were selected as A group. In addition, 26 cases of uterine glands were selected as the B group.Ultrasound imaging performance,the uterine artery resistance index (RI),pulse index (PI) and blood flow (BFV) of two groups were compared.ResultsUltrasound image of 30 patients with uterine fibroids showed that the uterus was increased, and the average increase was 11 cases.Low echo was 25 cases, echo was 4 cases, high echo was 1 case, and low echo was mainly characterized. There were 25 cases with clear boundary of the package block.There were 4 cases of endometrial line backward migration, and 5 cases of forward migration.There was 1 case of non identical offset.Through the CDFI,there were 12 cases of the package block with a star or strip blood flow signal.26 cases of uterine gland muscle disease patients with ultrasound mainly showed that:the patient’s uterus was mild diffuse increase,24 cases of uterine boundary were not clear, and light was spot bulky.There were 21 cases of low echo,and there were 5 cases of high echo,with high echo based.CDFI showed that the blood flow within the lesion area and strip blood thinning.There was no ring or semi annular blood flow signal around the focal lesion.The RI of A group was significantly lower than that of B group,but PI and BFV of A group were significantly higher than that of group B (P<0.05).Conclusion The color Doppler ultrasonography is of great value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis for uterine myoma and uterine gland muscle disease.It can provide a reliable reference for the diagnosis of uterine leiomyoma and uterine fibroids.关键词
