农村血尿酸水平对冠心病影响的临床研究
Clinical research on the effect of blood uric acid on coronary heart disease in rural area

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect and significance of blood uric acid on coronary heart disease in rural area.Methods 72 patients with coronary heart disease in rural area during December 2013 and December 2015 were randomly selected as observation group, and another 72 healthy individuals in rural area were selected as control group. The basic clinical data of the two groups were studied and compared, the relationship between blood uric acid and coronary heart disease was analyzed. The coronary heart disease patients were treated with allopurinol, which curative effect was analyzed.Results The blood uric acid levels of male patients were obviously higher than those of female patients, and the blood uric acid level had a positive correlation with patients' age, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). In the observation group, the proportions of hypertension and diabetes mellitus, as well as patients' TC, TG, and BMI were obviously higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), and the hypertension, age, blood uric acid, and TC were all influencing factors of coronary heart disease. Before treatment, in the observation group, the blood uric acid was obviously higher and the ABI was obviously lower than those of the control group, after treatment, there were no obvious differences (P>0.05). Conclusion There is a positive correlation between incidence of coronary heart disease and blood uric acid levels of patients in rural area, high blood uric acid level evokes and promotes the coronary heart disease. Controlling blood uric acid level in clinical practice is very important for the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease.关键词
