摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the change and clinical value of serum cystatin C and the same type of homocysteine in renal function damage of patients with primary hypertension. Methods86 patients with primary hypertension were collected and were divided into the observation group (early renal function injury group) and the control group (normal renal function group) according to the creatinine clearance rate (CCr) values.The serum Hcy,Cys-C,24h urine micro albumin (24hmALb),serum creatinine (SCr) and urea nitrogen (BUN) of the two groups were detected and compared.The Cys-C and Hcyhas were analyzed for correlation.Results The differences of serum Cys-C,Hcy and 24hmALb betweem two groups were statistically significant,and there was no significant difference in SCr and BUN between two groups.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum Cys-C and Hcy were positively correlated.The observation group of patients compared with control group,serum Cys-C,Hcy,24 hmalb differences statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no statistically significant difference of SCr and BUN(P>0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum Cys C and Hcy was positive correlation.ConclusionSerum Cys-C and Hcy have important clinical value in the detection of early renal function damage of patients with essential hypertension.关键词
