Abstract
Monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) / CC chemokine receptor 2 (CCR2) signaling axis is defined as a coupled molecule that was made up by the interaction between chemokine MCP-1 and its specific receptor CCR2 and closely related to the intercellular information transmission and cell migration. MCP-1/CCR2 signal axis is expressed in tu-mor cells and a variety of cells in tumor microenvironment. It plays an important role in the development of tumor. Its role in the development of digestive system neoplasm received increasing attention from researchers in the world. The mechanisms involved the recruitment and polarization of tumor-associated macrophages, angiogenesis and abnormal immune response, etc. It would provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal tumors. The present article summarized the recent advances in the role of MCP-1/CCR2 signaling axis in the development of gastrointestinal tumors, and outlined the future prospect.关键词
