大黄素对肿瘤转移作用及机制的研究进展
Research Progress on the Effects and Mechanisms of Emodin in the Tumor Metastasis
摘要
Abstract
Tumor metastasis is a complex cascade process involving in multiple steps and factors. It is the main hall-mark for the tumor recurrence, treatment failure and even death. Emodin can inhibit tumor metastasis, including invasion, migration and angiogenesis. We summarized the recent advancement in the role of emodin in tumor metastasis in vitro and in vivo, the underlying mechanisms are discussed as well.关键词
