摘要

Abstract

BRAF and RAS mutation are two of the most frequent mutated genes in thyroid carcinoma. BRAF gene plays an important role in the RET/RAS/BRAF/MAPK signal pathway. Its product can transfer the signal on the cell membrane. However, RAS gene can mediate the signal channel of tyrosine kinase - G protein coupled receptor -MAPK/PI3K-AKT. Both of them are capable of regulation the differentiation, proliferation and apoptosis of cells. When the genes get mutated, pathways from downstream will be continually activated, which will promote the development of tumor. In this paper, we re-viewed the latest researches on the relationship of BRAF or RAS gene mutation with the distant metastasis and prognosis of thyroid carcinoma.
