Research Progress on Molecular Targeted Anti-tumor Drugs
分子靶向药物主要根据肿瘤组织在基因、信号转导以及酶等分子生物学上与正常组织的差异来抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖并促进其凋亡，从而发挥抗肿瘤作用，在一定程度上提高了肿瘤的治疗效果，且对患者的的伤害较小，已经成为当前肿瘤治疗的主要研究方向之一。本文主要综述了针对不同作用靶点的分子靶向抗肿瘤药物的研究进展。
