摘要
Abstract
The molecular targeted drugs can mainly restrain the proliferation of tumor cell, promote its apoptosis, and then exert the function of anti-tumor on the basis of differences between tumor organizations and normal organizations in the aspect of molecular biology such as genes, signal transduction and enzyme. It can improve in a certain degree the therapeutic effects on tumor, with less damages to patients, Therefore, it has become one of the main research aspects of tumor therapies currently. This article mainly summarized the research progress of the molecular- targeted anti-tumor drugs aiming at different target spots.关键词
