局部姑息性放疗与口服阿片类药物治疗肿瘤骨转移疼痛的临床疗效比较

Abstract
Objective To compare the effects of local palliative radiotherapy and oral opioids in the treatment of bone me-tastases pain from cancer. Methods In this study, 100 patients with local pain tumor in our hospital were included. They were divided into radiotherapy group (n=50) and drug group (n=50) by parallel random sampling method. Patients in radiotherapy group were treated with 6MV- ray linear accelerator, while those in drug group were given oral opioid therapy. The treatment effects were compared between the two groups, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was observed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 92% in radiotherapy group, and was 90% in drug group. There was no statistical difference (P>0.05) be-tween the two groups. However, the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in radiotherapy group than in drug group, and the dif-ference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Local palliative radiation therapy and oral opioid therapy both had good analgesic effects on cancer pain patients with bone metastases, whereas radiotherapy caused lower incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
