A Study on the Serum levels and Clinical significances of NT-proBNP, TNI and CK-MB in Cancer Patients

Abstract
Objectives To investigate the serum levels and clinical significances of NT-proBNP,TNI and CK-MB in cancer patients. Methods 249 cases of cancer patients(the tumor group)hospitalized in Shenzhen Nanshan District Peo-ple’s Hospital from October 2010 to October 2015 and 250 physically normal patients(the control group)were included in this project. The coronary disease and heart failure were excluded. The NT-proBNP and TNI as well as CK-MB levels were detected and compared,and their correlation with the risk of death was analyzed. Results During the primary stage of cancer,the serum levels of TNI and NT-proBNP were respectively(0.085±0.0135)ng·mL-1 and(78.45±19.61)pg·mL-1 Both were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.001). However,there was no statistically significant dif-ference in serum CK-MB levels between the two groups(P=0.654). With the progression of tumor stage,the serum levels of NT-proBNP,TNI and CK-MB increased significantly,and significant difference between different stages were observed (P<0.05). The serum levels of NT-proBNP,TNI and CK-MB were positively correlated with the death risk. The higher the serum levels of NT-proBNP,TNI and CK-MB were,the higher the death risk was. Conclusions The serum NT-proBNP and TNI levels could be used as references in evaluating the progress and prognosis of cancer patients.关键词
