摘要
Abstract
In the aging process of Cu-Ni-Si alloy,the computer simulation and experimental verification are carried out by using the phase field model.The results show that the computer simulation results and the experimental results of shape and content of the second phase in Cu-Ni-Si alloy are in good agreement.With the increase of aging time,the content of the second phase in the alloy increases,the particles in the alloy gradually transform from coherent to semi coherent or incoherent change.When the aging time to 200 h,the morphology of the second phase transforms from petaloid to a disc-shaped or clavate.关键词
