摘要

Abstract

The macroscopical failure mechanism of bainite steel frog was studied.The results show that the main reasons for unusual failure of typical bainite steel frogs are surface spalling,crack in large size,surface plastic deformation,rapid wear and so on.These phenomenons are mainly caused by unreasonable chemical composition,poor-quality smelting,high hydrogen content,improper heat treatment process and boron elements.
