钒对CADI球墨铸铁硬度和冲击韧度的影响
Effects of Vanadium on Hardness and Impact Toughness of CADI
摘要
Abstract
The as-cast carbidic austempered ductile iron (CADI) was austenited at 920 ℃ for 2 h and then isothermally quenching at 310 ℃,and the effect of vanadium on hardness and impact toughness of the CADI was studied.The results show that,when vanadium content is 0.70%,the hardness reaches highest (50.3 HRC) and impact toughness is 11 J/cm2,and the comprehensive mechanical properties of the CADI is best.关键词
