偏析提纯中提纯速度对杂质浓度的影响
Influence of Purification Speed on Impurity Concentration in Segregation Purification Process
摘要
Abstract
The influence of purification speed on impurity concentration was investigated under the temperature field and other conditions invariable.The theoretical values ranges of purification speed were obtained through the theoretical calculation.The results show that the slower the pulling speed is,the better the purification effect for Fe and Si element is in liquid aluminum,the lower the impurity elements content in liquid aluminum is.As the pulling speed slow,the purification efficiency of impurity element tends to be stable,and the keffectivity is lower than k0 all the time.So if need continue to improve the metal purity,the purification process need be repeated many times.关键词
