基于ProCAST的圆坯连铸凝固过程数值模拟OA北大核心CSTPCD
Simulation of Solidification Process of Continuous-casting Round Billet Based on ProCAST
圆坯连铸在凝固过程中极易产生裂纹,从而影响了铸坯的质量.以φ300 mm圆坯连铸为研究对象,运用ProCAST软件建立了一维传热数学模型,计算铸坯的温度场,模拟分析拉速、二冷水比量对铸坯表面温度的影响.模拟结果表明,拉速和二冷水比量对铸坯表面温度具有较大影响,生产中必须保持恒定的拉速和合适的二冷水比量,才能够有效避免铸坯裂纹的产生,得到优质的铸坯.
