摘要

Abstract

Taking φ300 mm continuous-casting round billet as research object,one-dimensional heat transfer mathematical model was established using ProCAST software to calculate the temperature field of billet and simulate the effect of the pull speed and the proportion of secondary cooling water on the surface temperature of casting slab.Simulation results show that the pull speed and the proportion of secondary cooling water have a great influence on slab surface temperatttre.In production,to maintain a constant pull speed and appropriate proportion of secondary cooling water can effectively avoid casting billet cracks,get high quality of casting billet.
