汽车用铝-铜异种材料摩擦焊接微结构和力学性能研究
Study on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Friction Welding Joint of Aluminum and Copper Dissimilar Materials
摘要
Abstract
The microstructure and mechanical properties of aluminum and copper dissimilar materials friction welding were studied by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X-ray diffraction analysis.The results show that the joint's tensile strength is higher than the strength of the aluminum by 3.8%.Tensile fracture of the welded joint occurrs in aluminum side and the fracture morphology shows that the failure mode is ductile fracture with dimple structure.关键词
