摘要

Abstract

The microstructure and mechanical properties of aluminum and copper dissimilar materials friction welding were studied by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X-ray diffraction analysis.The results show that the joint's tensile strength is higher than the strength of the aluminum by 3.8%.Tensile fracture of the welded joint occurrs in aluminum side and the fracture morphology shows that the failure mode is ductile fracture with dimple structure.
